Culvert replacements along roadways appears to be, on the surface, an easy project.  The culvert is already there and the project will be to remove and replace, how difficult would that be to permit? 

Our role in a project like this is to delineate the boundaries of what is likely a "waters of the U.S." (under federal protection) and help to aquire the necessary permits.  In the Chicago area, the US Army Corps of Engineers has a Nationwide or Regional Permit that we can obtain for your conforming project.
