Wetland Permitting - Simplified

I previously worked at the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission as the commission's very first wetland specialist, a position I was proud and happy to hold. We would receive quite a few questions about the wetland permitting aspects of project development. Also, we had some applicants that were very new to what I call: "Wetland World".
